James Duncan has been the proud owner and chief operator of Chief Fire & Safety Equipment for over 44 years.

Ex-Captain James Duncan has been a member of the Flower Hill Hose Co. #1 and the Port Washington Fire Department in Port Washington, NY for 50 years. He has served the public as a Nassau County Police Officer for 23 years and continues to serve the public as one of the Commissioners of the Port Washington Police District since 1996.
